We try to keep our terms as simple and easy as possible. If you receive your specimen, and it is either misrepresented or misidentified, and you wish to return it, you may do so with a full refund, including reimbursement for return shipping. If you are unhappy with a piece for personal reasons, please contact us. We generally offer a full refund upon return of the item, minus shipping charges.

A note about the shipping and receipt of our larger material, speaking mostly of the dinosaur material in particular. I pack very well, but some of these pieces are EXTREMELY fragile. They enjoy breaking when looked at crookedly. These pieces are found broken, they break on their way to me, and there is a good possibility they will break on their way to you. Repairs are very easy, and I will be happy to help you with any repairs they may require, but please do not purchase our larger, more fragile pieces (dinosaur ribs, especially) without this in mind. If you’re unsure if a specimen is likely to break in transit, please ask. I will be more than happy to discuss such possibilities with you.

If you are interested in any specimens, please contact us. We do not use shopping carts to avoid the possibility of multiple people purchasing the same item before we can remove it from the site. At the moment, Paypal is the only form of payment accepted.

On all orders over $50, shipping and handling inside the United States is FREE. Otherwise, shipping and handling charges are kept as low as possible. Please contact us  for the shipping on a particular item, though generally it is under $5, unless the specimen is particularly large or heavy. We ship at the beginning of the week, on either Monday or Tuesday. Also, we typically only ship within the United States. If you are from abroad and still interested in a piece, contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

As always, if there are any questions, don’t hesitate to Contact Us!
