Ordering:
To place an order, simply contact us via the "Contact Us" link on the page. In general, we will get back to you within a few hours. Some items can be in very limited supply, so to avoid confusion between the site and vending shows, as well as offering the cheapest shipping charges possible, we have omitted the use of a shopping cart for now. All orders ship out Monday or Tuesday. Any orders placed after Monday night will be sent out the following week.
Shipping:
Shipping costs vary, and will be determined when we are requested with an order. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, and as such, do not charge a flat fee. Larger items (driftwood, etc.) are best shipped separately from livestock to avoid damage and excessive shipping charges.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We will guarantee the arrival of plants and invertebrates shipped USPS Priority (not available with tarantulas), and reptiles shipped FedEx next day via ShipYourReptiles. Any DOA must be communicated within two hours of receiving the shipment. The shipment must be received promptly on the first delivery attempt, or the guarantee will be void. There is no live arrival guarantee over 100F and under 20F.
If over 50% of a species arrived DOA, I will issue either a refund or re-ship the species. This will be at the buyer's discretion, so long as there is sufficient supply to fill it. If under 50% arrive DOA, I will issue either a percentage refund to cover the cost of the animal(s), or ship replacements with the buyer paying the shipping. Replacement shipments are not guaranteed.

Payment is to be made via PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot process credit cards separately from PayPal at this time. Shipments will only be sent after payment is received.
What to Expect:
If you have any questions regarding the size or condition of a particular species or item, do not hesitate to ask. Below are some common guidlines of what we generally provide.
-Isopod cultures will generally contain primarily older juvenile or half-grown individuals. This keeps you from waiting too long for them to grow out, but ensures there is plenty of lifespan left on them. Generally, the larger the quantity, the more likely it is that sizes/ages will be mixed. Very small juveniles are not counted when portioning out.
-Invert cultures may not be 100% pure. Springtails, detrivore mites, and some cases dwarf white isopods are common in the cultures, and while they do not harm the cultures, I feel it is worth noting. There will NOT, however, be varieties of a species mixed into what you are buying that would interfere with the breeding of that variety (i.e. there will not be normal P. scaber in your 'dalmatians', etc.).
-Plants will be shipped bareroot unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.
-Mineral and fossil specimens will be the specimen pictured unless otherwise noted.
